Nathan Medina has a diverse work experience in supply chain and operations management roles. Nathan is currently serving as the Director of Global Materials and Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) at Plug Power since July 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Tesla from 2018 to 2022, where they held various positions including Production Control Manager, Operational Excellence Associate Manager, Production Control Associate Manager (Rotational), and Inventory Control/ Production Change Control Supervisor. Before joining Tesla, Nathan worked at Carlsbad Manufacturing as a Supply Chain Manager and Sr. Supply Chain Analyst in 2018. Nathan started their career at Vans a Division of VF Outdoor in 2014 as a Vendor Compliance Analyst until 2017.

Nathan Medina, CSCP, earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Nathan completed this program from 2008 to 2014, specializing in the field of Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In 2017, Nathan pursued further education at APICS, where they earned the CSCP certification.
