Simon Walker has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Simon currently works as the Director of Channel Partners at Plug Power since May 2023, where they support joint ventures and evaluates operating expenses. Prior to this, they worked as the President & COO at TPC Automation from July 2019 to July 2020, where they implemented Lean Management tools and techniques to solve inventory and operations challenges, leading to increased sales revenue. Simon also served as the Chief Operations Officer at Toyota-Lift of Los Angeles from March 2017 to April 2019, where they improved processes and solved challenges in forecasting and market share using Lean Management techniques. In addition, they founded Lift Hunger in 2009, a charitable organization providing materials handling equipment for Food Banks in need, and introduced the Pink Pallet Jack Project while working at Raymond Handling Concepts. Simon also has experience as the VP Sales and Marketing at Raymond Handling Concepts, where they significantly increased sales and market share, and as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Raymond Handling Systems, where they transformed market share and won several awards. Simon began their career in sales at Johnston Equipment in 1999.

Simon Walker attended Bishop's University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained their BA degree in Philosophy. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, they studied at Dawson College and obtained their DEC in Humanities. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Simon pursued a graduate program at Landmark, focusing on Break Through Results and Team Management.
