Francisco Disalvo has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Francisco began as a self-employed PC technician and repair specialist in 2013 and then became a software developer for Connectis ICT Services S.A. in 2015. That same year, they also worked as a programmer for ITTL. In 2016, they co-founded Onready and worked as a developer. Currently, they are a Product Lead Engineer and Software Engineer for Pluggy since 2021.
Francisco Disalvo attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Licenciatura en Análisis de Sistemas from the Facultad de Ingeniería. From 2017 to 2019, they attended ICP Coaching - Instituto de Capacitación Profesional, where they earned a Terciario in Tecnicatura en Liderazgo Ontologico.
