Ana Paula Alves is a Human Resources professional with over 8 years of experience. Ana Paula began their career in 2013 as an Assistant of Personnel Administration at Unitono Contact Center. In 2015, they moved to Crowe Macro (Brazil) as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they were responsible for onboarding programs, climate surveys, GPTW, engagement projects, 180 and 360 performance evaluations, and training programs. In 2018, they became a professor at CAMP SBC, where they prepared didactic material, applied tests, and developed classroom projects. In 2022, they joined Plugify as an HR Business Partner and Service IT. as a Senior Human Resources Analyst.
