Riikka Kovero

Riikka Kovero has over a decade of work experience, during which time they held several leadership positions. In their most recent role at Framery Acoustics, they were responsible for managing the company's service partner network and leading their after-sales team. Prior to that, at Fastems, Kovero worked as a product engineer, startup team manager, and senior manager of delivery services, where they oversaw project management, delivery coordination, and installation and commissioning activities worldwide. Overall, Kovero is a seasoned professional in project management, product development, and customer service. Riikka is set to join Plugit Finland as head of project management in 2023.

From 2005 to 2011, Riikka Kovero attended Tampere University of Technology 1965-2018 where they earned a Master of Science (Tech.) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management.
