Stavros Kolometsos

Stavros Kolometsos is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in backend engineering and network-related projects. Currently, Stavros serves as a Backend Engineer in the Payments squad at Plum since January 2022. Prior to this role, Stavros worked at NCSR "DEMOKRITOS" from September 2014 to February 2022, focusing on software development for Software Defined Networks (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV), and 5G research initiatives, contributing to several Horizon2020 projects and participating in the creation of Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) and Cloud-Native Network Functions (CNFs). Previously, Stavros gained experience as a Web Developer at Systema Technologies in 2013, developing web applications utilizing Joomla. Stavros holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Athens University of Economics and Business, earned between 2007 and 2013.
