Tea Zivkovic

Tea Zivkovic is a seasoned compliance and fraud analyst with extensive experience in the travel and tourism sector. Currently serving as a Compliance Analyst at Plum since February 2020, Tea previously worked at tripsta from March 2012 to June 2018 as a Fraud/Dispute Analyst, where responsibilities included handling disputes related to fraud, transaction monitoring, and interacting with banks and customers to validate transaction information. Additionally, Tea held the position of Customer Support Representative, managing inbound inquiries for both Serbian and international markets. Tea holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Economics from The College of Tourism in Belgrade, completed in 2007.
