Torsten Galley has worked in the banking and real estate industry since 1995. Torsten began their career as a Team Manager at Bankgesellschaft Berlin in Germany. In 2002, they moved to HSH Nordbank AG in Germany as a Senior Underwriter, underwriting U.S. Real Estate transactions out of Germany and New York. In 2004, they became a Senior Relationship Manager at Sachsen LB in Germany, launching market entry and establishing business relationships with U.S.-based banks and customers investing in U.S. real estate. In 2007, they moved to Wells Fargo in San Francisco as a Senior Relationship Manager, establishing new relationships with target clients and originating loans for Structured and Construction Financing. In 2014, they joined Meridian Property Company as a Senior Financial Consultant, helping to identify and underwrite new investments, source new business opportunities, and enhance project profitability. In 2015, they became the EVP Bank Channel - Business Development and Loan Origination at Plum Lending, building and expanding a referral network of High Net Worth clients and increasing loan production in a startup environment.

Torsten Galley obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin between 1988 and 1992.
