Franny Oxford

Franny Oxford has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational development, culture, and equity. In their most recent role as VP of People and Culture /Head of HR at Plume, they successfully built and managed the recruiting, HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, and culture functions for the company. Prior to Plume, Franny worked as an HR consultant who later joined BlueSprig as the HR VP for Organizational Development and Culture. Franny played a key role in aligning the company's processes and platforms to its mission and values and spearheaded diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Before BlueSprig, Franny held HR leadership positions at Five Star Management, Leedo Building Solutions, Sage Environmental Consulting, Victory Packaging, and Beaumont Foundation of America. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their ability to drive growth, implement HR infrastructure, and support employees in their professional development.

Franny Oxford -SPHR studied Anthropology and Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a BA. Franny then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development at the Texas McCombs School of Business. Franny also holds additional certifications, including the SPHR from the HR Certification Institute and an inactive SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
