Erin Austin

Erin Austin has extensive experience in HR operations and total rewards. Erin currently holds the position of Director, HR Operations & Total Rewards at Plume Design, Inc. Prior to this, Erin worked at Symbotic as the Manager of HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits. Erin was responsible for managing HR systems, compensation programs, and benefits administration, as well as driving process improvement and automation. Erin also has previous experience as an HR Operations Manager at Radius Health, Inc., where they managed HR systems, benefit and compensation programs, and cyclical HR processes. Erin has also worked in HR roles at Cabot Corporation, Hologic, Inc., Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, American Tower, and Walt Disney World Resort, gaining experience in HRIS analysis, systems coordination, and general HR support. Erin began their career as an HR intern at Celerant Consulting and Empirix, Inc. Overall, Erin has a strong background in HR operations and brings valuable expertise in HR technology, compensation, benefits, and process improvement.

Erin Austin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Cum Laude, from Bentley University in 2010. Erin later completed a Master's degree in HR Analytics & Management from American University in 2019.
