Avik Bhandari is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in managing and scaling operations across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Business at Plum since November 2022, Avik leads the SMB and Mid-Market businesses focused on providing accessible group health insurance and employee benefits. Prior to Plum, Avik had significant roles at Meesho as Senior Director of Women Fashion, where management of a large team contributed to substantial GMV growth, and at Amazon, where leadership in programs such as the Partner Carrier Program led to impressive scaling milestones. With a strong foundation in vendor management and pricing strategies developed during time at Cloudtail India and earlier roles at Amazon, Google, and reputable financial institutions like Lehman Brothers and Royal Bank of Scotland, Avik combines technical knowledge from an MBA at London Business School and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, with a commitment to driving business success and innovation.
