Ikramul Hoque Rayan

Ikramul Hoque Rayan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at HEAD GEAR since March 2023, Ikramul also holds the position of Executive Board Member at Bangladesh Employers' Federation. With a strong background in planning and supply chain management, Ikramul has been with Plummy Fashions Ltd since May 2015, where responsibilities included Head of Planning and Supply Chain and Executive Supply Chain Management. Previously, Ikramul co-founded TiGrow and held the role of COO from August 2019 to May 2021. An early career began with a Human Resources Internship at Accenture in early 2015. Ikramul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing from North South University, completed in 2015.
