Valerie Lynch

Valerie Lynch, Ed.D. currently serves as the Vice President for Student Services at Lake Land College, a position held since November 2006, where leadership is provided in various areas of student life, including leadership development and planning through student organizations. Prior to this role, Valerie Lynch was the Director of Student Life and worked as a TRIO Outreach Advisor, delivering academic advisement and support for college readiness. Earlier experience includes teaching special education at Midstate Special Education and elementary education at Springfield Public School District 186. Valerie Lynch holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis, a Master of Science in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Indiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Eastern Illinois University.
