Sanjeev Pratinidhi

Sanjeev Pratinidhi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Sanjeev currently holds the position of Vice President - Software Products at Plural Technology, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Fission Labs as a Program Manager from 2021 to 2023.

In 2019, Sanjeev held the role of Senior Manager - Product Delivery and Digital Transformation at Teqsar. During their time there, they managed multiple projects for a Neo bank implementation and was later responsible for client relationship and project delivery management for banks in Asia and Africa. Sanjeev successfully reduced production issues and improved sprint turnaround time through process improvement. Sanjeev also led a program to minimize bugs and worked on internal initiatives with the CEO.

Before Teqsar, Sanjeev had a brief experience as a Co-founder of a mobile app startup. Although it did not succeed, they gained valuable insights into people and life during the 9-month period.

Sanjeev'searlier experiences include serving as the Managing Director - India at hedgehog lab, where they played a crucial role in growing the India team from 5 to 70+ employees over four years. Sanjeev also worked as a Project Manager at Odimax, a VC funded Social Media and data analytics company, and as an Admission Leads Consultant at Ashridge, where they introduced a new process for managing MBA admissions leads.

Sanjeev started their career at Accenture Services India Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer/Analyst Programmer, where they led a key engagement with a global IT products company and established strong customer relationships. Sanjeev also worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Module Lead/Technology Analyst and Software Systems Engineer, managing change requests and contributing to solution design and implementation.

Sanjeev Pratinidhi holds an MBA degree in Strategy, Leadership, and Consulting from Hult Ashridge, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Sanjeev also possesses a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University, acquired between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Pre-University education at Nutana Vidyalaya Pre University College from 1999 to 2001, focusing on Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Electronics, and English. Lastly, they obtained their Matriculation from Kendriya Vidyalaya, studying English, General Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Hindi, and Sanskrit from 1989 to 1999. In addition, Sanjeev holds the certifications of Digital Body Language from LinkedIn, Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services, and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., attained in 2022, 2021, and 2023 respectively.
