Marcelo Agolti

Marcelo Agolti is a distinguished academic and consultant with extensive experience in higher education and organizational development. Currently serving as Dean of the Faculty of Teresa de Ávila at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and Director of the Latam Blended Program in collaboration with Kedge Business School, Marcelo is spearheading innovative educational initiatives. Marcelo also holds key positions at multiple institutions, including Director of the Department of Economic Sciences at Universidad del Salvador and faculty roles in various master's programs. As the founder and president of Agolti & Asociados, Marcelo leads a consultancy focused on coaching and training, while also contributing as a Pluribus Associate for a global consulting firm. Marcelo's educational background includes a doctoral program in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Sciences, alongside certifications in change management and coaching.
