Jen-Hung Ho

Jen-Hung Ho is a highly skilled Senior Perception Software Engineer with extensive experience in the field of computer vision and machine learning. Currently at Plus since August 2025, Jen-Hung previously held similar roles at XPENG, where key contributions included the release of a multi-camera BEV perception system and the development of a Transformer-based Object Detection model. Prior to that, Jen-Hung worked at Volvo Cars, designing advanced self-supervised depth estimation models and optimizing processing latency significantly. Experience also includes impactful internships at Amazon Lab126 and academic research roles at Carnegie Mellon University and National Taiwan University, focusing on robotics and machine learning applications. Jen-Hung holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
