Rob Hayashida

Rob Hayashida has a strong background in technology and digital strategy. Rob has held various senior roles, including Senior Director of Technology Delivery at Plus Company, Senior Director of Technology at iCrossing, and Senior Digital Producer at Cramer-Krasselt. Rob also worked as a Senior Product Director at cohesion and a Product Manager at Brookfield Properties Retail. Prior to these positions, they served as Manager of Digital Strategy and Optimization at GGP, Associate Director of Technology at Digitas, and Senior Manager of Technical Operations at Harpo, Inc. Rob's experience also includes roles as a Web Project Manager at Resurrection Health Care and a Web Manager at the Society of Actuaries.

Rob Hayashida completed their high school education at Loyola Academy from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a college preparatory program. Rob then went on to Loyola University Chicago, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from 1990 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Rob Hayashida has also obtained certifications in their professional field. In September 2014, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in November 2021, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
