Jess McKinlay has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Treasurer and Charity Trustee for Cylch Glanrafon, a charity childcare organization. In the role of Director of Finance at Plus Dane Housing since April 2023, Jess also held positions including Head of Finance at VIVO Defence Services and Assistant Director (Finance) at The ACC Liverpool Group. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Business Partner at Merseyrail and Management Accountant at Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust. Education includes a Professional Qualification in Accounting from ACCA and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Chester. Additionally, Jess contributed to the ACCA as a member of the Public Sector Member Panel and Chair of the Liverpool Panel.
