Natalie Rose is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Plus Dane Housing. Prior to this role, Natalie held positions at Livv Housing Group, British Land, MAG (Airports Group), and Greater Manchester Police in customer experience and management roles. Natalie also has experience in the hospitality industry with Marriott Hotels. Natalie obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in European Cultures & Identity from the University of Chester and a BA (Hons) in European Languages with a focus on German, Spanish, and Italian from The University of Salford.
