The Customer Service Team at Plus Dane Housing manages all aspects of customer interactions and support. Led by the Head Of Customer Experience, the team addresses inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures high levels of satisfaction. The Customer Access Team Manager and Officers facilitate smooth communication channels, while the Customer Relations Officer handles specific complaints and feedback. The Communications Officer ensures clear and efficient dissemination of information to residents.
