Alex Grundy

Alex Grundy is the Head of Customer Experience at Plus Dane Housing. Previously, Alex has worked as a Customer Contact Manager at Warrington Borough Council, a Senior Contact Centre Manager at Alliance & Leicester, a Telebusiness Manager at Brakes Food Services, and a Telebusiness Centre Manager at Standard Life Healthcare. Alex holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Kent and a BSc (hons) in Environmental Physical Sciences from the University of Liverpool.
