Pritika Prasad

Pritika Prasad is an experienced billing and customer support professional, currently serving as Billing Manager at PLUS ES since December 2017, where Pritika also held the role of Billing and Customer Support Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Support Officer at Ausgrid from June 2011 to December 2016. Pritika holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Griffith University and a Certificate in Leadership from Women & Leadership Australia, completed in December 2021.
