Farah Diba Hashim

Farah Diba Hashim currently serves as Head Sourcing and Contract Management at PLUS Malaysia since October 2019, having previously held the position of Head of Contract Management. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager Contract and Cost at UEM Group Berhad from March 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities encompassed group business development and special projects. Farah also worked as Senior Contract Manager at UEM Builders Berhad from June 2012 to February 2016, overseeing the contract and procurement for the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road project in East Java, Indonesia. Additionally, Farah held the role of Associate Director at Khairi Consult Sdn Bhd between June 2007 and June 2012, focusing on revenue reporting, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder management, tendering processes, and cost control. Farah is pursuing a PhD in Built Environment at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia from October 2024 and holds a Master's degree in Integrated Construction Project Management from University of Technology Mara, Malaysia, obtained in 2011. Farah is also advancing professional credentials through CIPS, with studies underway from March 2023 to August 2024.
