Gary Wagner has extensive work experience in the relocation industry. Gary is currently serving as the Director of Client Relations at Plus Relocation since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cartus for a significant period. At Cartus, they held various roles, including Global Director of Account Management from 2004 to 2020. In this role, Gary was responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 12 clients, generating $7 million in annual revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Gary also oversaw budget planning, contract negotiations, and operational compliance. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Operations Client Services from 2000 to 2003, where they managed a team of 35 employees and maintained a portfolio of 15 clients generating $12 million in annual revenue. Before joining Cartus, they worked at Connex International as a Training Coordinator and Reservations Team Manager.

Gary Wagner attended Western Connecticut State University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Justice and Law Administration. Gary also has additional certifications, including Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn obtained in November 2021, Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn obtained in May 2021, and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) from Worldwide ERC® obtained in May 1994.
