Mya Souvandara

Mya Souvandara's work experience begins with their role as a Junior Recruiter at Plus3 IT Systems, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a College Recruiter at PenFed Credit Union from June 2022 to November 2022. Earlier in their career, they were a Retail Associate at Vintage Antique Shack from September 2019 to May 2022. In 2021, Mya also worked as an Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where they gained experience in the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit department, specifically with the Talent Management team. During their internship, they collaborated with other interns to generate new ideas for the department, improved documents, attended events, and even facilitated one herself.

From 2018 to 2022, Mya Souvandara attended Longwood University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
