Razi Hanna

Razi Hanna has extensive experience in customer support and client relations, currently serving as VIP Support and Customer Service Specialist at Plus500™ since October 2019. Prior to this role, Razi held various positions at Safecap Investments Limited from June 2016 to August 2019, progressing from Client Relations Manager to Senior Account Manager with a focus on VIP Support. Before that, Razi worked as a Customer Support Representative at Markets.com from June 2015 to June 2016. Razi is pursuing education at Software University (SoftUni) since January 2021, having previously earned a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and Water Resources from Omar Al-Mukhtar University in El-Beida, Libya.
