Karen Brocklebank-Lambert

Karen Brocklebank-Lambert is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades in billing and revenue assurance. Currently serving as Head of Billing, Revenue Assurance & Credit/Debt Management at Plusnet since September 2010, Karen oversees all finance-related billing operations and leads multiple teams within the Billing department. Prior to Plusnet, Karen held the position of Billing Outsource Support Manager at Pipex UK, where responsibilities included designing training plans for a successful transition of business processes in India. Additionally, as Billing Operations Manager at Pipex UK, Karen played a key role in the migration of a residential customer base and team development. Earlier experience includes a role as Systems Operations Team Leader at Singlepoint 4U, where Karen focused on KPI and SLA achievement and recruitment processes. Education includes a City & Guilds qualification in Leisure Management from Doncaster College.
