Jean de Vries

Jean de Vries is currently the Head of Talent at +OneX. With a background in Human Resources, Jean has held various managerial positions in companies such as UXBERT Labs, Sigma SA (Pty) Ltd, NOVA Human Capital Solutions, and iSmart. Jean also has experience as a Senior Labour Law Consultant at QDV Labour Law Consultancy. In addition, Jean has worked as a Rope Access Technician at Skysite Offshore, owned and operated a groceries & take-away shop at Badies Boskefee, and served as an HR Manager at J Schipper & Sons. Jean's expertise includes recruitment, induction, performance management, and labour relations. Jean holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management & Practices from BMT College.
