Adam de Yong

Adam de Yong is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, as the Director of Operations at Pluss Software LLC since January 2016, Adam has implemented standard operating procedures and best practices for customer training and software operation while establishing strategic plans as part of the management team. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Glacier Hops Ranch, Inc., where Adam managed a significant expansion project, and Chief Operating Officer at Algae Aqua-Culture Technology, where Adam developed business strategies and facilitated cross-functional communication. Adam's experience with the Montana Department of Labor & Industry encompasses leadership roles overseeing multiple bureaus, managing a budget of $16 million, and enhancing business processes. Adam also served as an Economic Development Specialist in the Montana Governor's Office of Economic Development. Adam holds a BS in Marketing, Management, and International Business from the University of Montana.
