Andrew Goodspeed, PhD, has extensive experience in bioinformatics analysis and cancer data management. Andrew has worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Student under the guidance of Dr. James Costello, focusing on chemotherapy resistant bladder cancer cell lines and clinical biomarkers. In addition, Andrew has experience as a Clinical Data Analyst, Cell Biology Laboratory Teaching Assistant, Genetics Laboratory Teaching Assistant, and Biology Tutor. Andrew is currently serving as an Assistant Research Professor at the University of Colorado Cancer Center, where Andrew supports clients in next-generation sequencing experiments and develops bioinformatics tools for data analysis.
