Alan Moran

Alan Moran is currently a Combat Systems Engineer at Pluto Digital. Prior to this, they worked as a Cloud Operations Engineer at FeedHenry by Red Hat from July 2011 to February 2015. In this role, they were responsible for globally hosted, public and private cloud infrastructure as well as a number of customer and staff-oriented online services. Alan then worked as a Principal Site Reliability Engineer at Red Hat from July 2011 to October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support/Desktop Support at Rigneydolphin from September 2006 to December 2011, where they answered inbound calls from customers with queries in relation to their mobile phone, mobile broadband or billing issues.

Alan Moran has a BSc in Multimedia Applications Development from Waterford Institute of Technology.
