Mario Ruiz Diaz has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Mario is currently working at Paramount+ as a Senior Software Engineer, where they drive strategy, innovates solutions, and facilitates an agile work environment. Prior to this, they held the same role at Pluto TV, where they implemented microservices architecture for their streaming television and on-demand video service. Mario also worked at Binagora as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead, customizing solutions for Pluto TV and providing video transcoding services. Mario has experience as a self-employed software architect and full-stack developer, championing the development of robust product solutions for clients. Mario is also a Co-Founder and CTO of Adme, where they co-founded and innovated an advertising platform. Mario served as a Software Engineering Director at Circle Complete, leading cross-functional teams and enhancing software engineering capabilities. Before that, they worked at Okkralabs as a Software Architect, Tech Lead, and Project Manager, overseeing the development life cycle of multiple projects. Mario also worked as a Project Leader and Development Team Coordinator at Huddle Group, fostering collaboration among global teams. Mario started their career at Verizon Business, advancing rapidly through roles as a Software Architect, Senior Full Stack Developer, and Tech Lead. Mario also worked as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Prima - Clarin, designing and modifying services for a leading media firm.

Mario Ruiz Diaz has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Kennedy, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1997, they studied at EET N° 1 "José de San Martín" in Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires, where they earned a degree in Electronic Technician. In addition to their formal education, Mario has obtained various certifications including Coaching and Leadership from www.aedee.com.ar in August 2012, Certified Scrum Developer from www.scrumalliance.org in September 2011, Certified Scrum Master from www.scrumalliance.org in July 2011, PMI certification from www.pmi.org in February 2011, and Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) from Microsoft in June 2005.
