Arul M has extensive work experience in the field of medical billing. Arul started their career at TNCDW Ltd. as a Computer Operator, where they gained experience in data entry, office application development, and software design. In 2005, they moved on to OMEGA Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., where they worked as a Senior Transaction Executive, specializing in payment posting. Arul developed skills in charge posting and gained knowledge of insurance rules and regulations. In 2008, they joined Inventurus Knowledge Solutions as a Specialist in Medical Billing Payment Posting, focusing on the VA Pediatric Team. At Vee Technologies, Arul held various roles, including Quality Analyst and Coach, specializing in medical billing. Arul worked with multiple software systems and gained experience in payment posting audit processes. In 2018, Arul joined RUSAN MEDISYS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Team Lead, where they continued to excel in the medical billing field. Most recently, they joined Plutus Health Inc. as a Sr. Team Lead - Medical Billing.

Arul M completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Annamalai University, from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Adhiyaman Boys Hr. Sec. School, Dharmapuri from 1986 to 1993 and completed their studies up to +2 Std. with a specialization in Mathematics (Biology). Arul began their education at Corporation School, where they studied until the 5th standard, from 1981 to 1986.
