Márton Tamás has extensive work experience in the IT field. Márton started their career in 1998 as a software developer at HospNET KFT. From 1999 to 2003, they worked at iDevCo inc as a project manager, analyst, and software developer. In 2004, Márton joined Truth Technologies, Inc. as a software development team leader and systems analyst. Márton then moved to Sodexo Motivation Solutions in 2005, where they worked as an IT Systems development team leader until 2009. Márton joined Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services in 2010 as an IT Director and later became the VP of IT, Operations, and Service Delivery for Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe in 2013. Their role at Sodexo is ongoing.
Márton Tamás earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kossuth Lajos University in Debrecen from 1995 to 1999. Prior to this, they completed a Master's degree in Teaching Mathematics and Physics at the same university from 1990 to 1995.
