Sally Foden

Sally Foden is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Organisational Development at Plymouth Community Homes since November 2009, Sally has previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to this role, Sally worked at Plymouth City Council for a decade as an HR adviser. Sally's educational background includes studies at the University of Wales, Cardiff, and Plymouth College of Further Education.
