John Schale

John Schale is the Director of Safety Services at PLYMOUTH HARBOR INC. John has over 15 years of experience in security management and has been a consultant for the past two years. Prior to that, they were the Director of Security Operations/North America Operations Center at Toyota Headquarters North America. John has also served as the Director of Investigations for Absolute and as the President and CEO of Retired and Happy.

John Schale's educational career includes a field in Criminal Justice from Eastfield College and a field in Civil Litigation from Southwest Texas State. John also has certification from the McAfee Institute in CCIP - Certified Cyber Intelligence Professional and from The American Board for Certification in Homeland Security in Diplomat (ABCHS).

They are on a team with Heather Dawn - Director of Concierge Care Management, George McGonagill - VP of Facilities, and Steven Parsons - Director of IT. John Schale reports to Jeff Weatherhead, President & CEO.
