Lastly, they project managed several technical, procedural, and change management projects surrounding government-mandated changes to business process and tech stacks, including deployment of the 2020 Universal Residential Loan Application and a complete rebuild of FBC’s Equal Credit Opportunity Act procedures; adapted tech stacks and business procedures to support rapidly evolving regulatory requirements.
