Steven Parsons

Steven Parsons is the current Director of IT at PLYMOUTH HARBOR INC. Prior to their current position, Steven was the Corporate Project Manager at FBC Mortgage, LLC from August 2018 to April 2021. Steven successfully translated business needs to full-scope, cross-departmental technical requirements for transformation of technology stack to support business operations, including vendor selection, business requirement documentation, analysis and conversion to tech requirements, custom development considerations to support FBC Mortgage-specific needs, and implementation of said tech stack transformation. In addition, Steven deployed Tableau and Domo data analytics platforms company-wide with curated tools for C-Level and Middle Management dependent on business requirements; massaged 1000+ column data lake into usable, actionable SQL Server database for Tableau/Domo reporting. Lastly, they project managed several technical, procedural, and change management projects surrounding government-mandated changes to business process and tech stacks, including deployment of the 2020 Universal Residential Loan Application and a complete rebuild of FBC’s Equal Credit Opportunity Act procedures; adapted tech stacks and business procedures to support rapidly evolving regulatory requirements.
