Colleen Finn

Colleen Finn serves as the Managing Director of Product Management at Plymouth Rock Assurance since August 2020, overseeing a $360 million personal lines property insurance portfolio across six states. Finn has successfully designed and implemented strategic roadmaps for profitability, managed state initiatives, and led a team of 15 employees to achieve operational improvements and innovative product offerings. Prior to this role, Finn held various leadership positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Director of Advanced Analytics, where oversight of a call center sales organization contributed to significant growth in new business premium. Finn's career in insurance began with foundational roles in product analysis and customer service, complemented by a solid educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics from Keene State College.
