Matt Amtzis

Matt Amtzis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Matt began their career as an Accounting Clerk at Plymouth Rock Assurance in March 2006 and worked there until August 2008. Matt then moved up to the role of Accounting Technician from August 2008 to March 2010. Following that, they served as a Senior Accountant from March 2010 to March 2011. From March 2011 to October 2017, they worked as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst. Subsequently, they took on the position of Finance Manager from October 2017 to September 2022. Currently, at Plymouth Rock Assurance, they hold the role of Director of Finance Systems and Process starting in September 2022.

Prior to their tenure at Plymouth Rock Assurance, Matt Amtzis worked as an Automotive Technician at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from July 2005 to February 2006.

Matt Amtzis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kean University, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Lincoln Tech from 2004 to 2005, studying Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician. Matt also attended Brookdale Community College from 2003 to 2004 and the University at Buffalo from 2001 to 2003, although they did not obtain any degrees from those institutions. Matt has an additional certification in Workday Pro Record to Report from Workday, obtained in 2023.
