Paul Bi

Paul Bi, CPCU has over 15 years of work experience. Paul is currently the Head of Underwriting Strategy and Commercial Product - Independent Agent Group at Plymouth Rock Assurance. Prior to their current role, Paul worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance for several years, holding various positions including Director of New Product Innovation and National Co-Chair of the LEAAP@Liberty ERG. Paul also worked as an Assistant Director of Product Analysis and a Product Consultant at Liberty Mutual. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as a Senior Underwriter at Liberty Mutual and as an Account Executive at CBS Radio. Paul began their career as an Intern at Radio Disney and later worked as a Front of House Manager at Oriental Gardens.

Paul Bi, CPCU has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy & Leadership from Boston College Carroll School of Management. Paul also holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Management and a minor in Communication from Bryant University. Their education history includes obtaining a High School Diploma from Bishop Brady High School. Additionally, they have earned several certifications, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes. Paul has also completed the Fellows Leadership Program from The Partnership, Inc. and the Associates Leadership Program. Furthermore, they hold an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot and an ISO-30415:2021 Diversity & Inclusion Professional Certificate from The University of Georgia.
