Rachel Switchenko

Rachel Switchenko has a diverse work experience. Rachel is currently the Vice President of Customer Solutions at Plymouth Rock Assurance, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Care at Plymouth Rock Assurance from July 2020 to September 2022. Rachel also worked at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women in positions of power and influence, where they became a member in November 2022.

Before joining Plymouth Rock Assurance and Chief, Rachel worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance for over a decade. Their roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance include Director of Call Center Operations - Servicing from April 2017 to July 2020, Assistant Director, Analyst Development Program from November 2015 to March 2017, Project Leader - Strategic Insights from November 2014 to November 2015, Senior Business Analyst - Service Insights from September 2013 to November 2014, and Business Analyst - Service Insights from November 2012 to September 2013. Prior to these roles, Rachel also held positions as a Senior Accountant from February 2011 to November 2012 and Accountant from November 2009 to February 2011.

Rachel began their professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Experienced Associate from September 2008 to November 2009.

Rachel Switchenko completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Corporate Renewal from Northeastern University in the period of 2012-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Accounting from the University of Rhode Island, between the years 2004 and 2008.
