Joachim Hagene (He/him)

Joachim Hagene has over 18 years of experience in sales and business development. Joachim began his career in 2005 as a Senior Sales Executive at Trolltech, where he was responsible for all Swiss customers and customers from the northern half of Germany. In 2008, he moved to Nokia as a Sr. Territory Account Manager, responsible for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In 2011, he continued in Digia as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Joachim then moved to The Qt Company in 2014 as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for the Nordic customers and Italian customers. In 2015, he joined AvePoint as an Enterprise Sales Executive, responsible for Norway and Finland. In 2018, he became the Director of Business Development at Prepp, a provider of bleeding edge technology in the HR & Internal Communication field. In 2021, he joined EcoOnline Global as an Account Manager. Most recently, he began working at Plyo in 2023 as a Senior New Business Development Manager.

Joachim Hagene completed his Bachelor of Science with Honours in Communications and Information Studies from Queen Margaret University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Petty Officer in the Royal Norwegian Navy from 1993 to 1995, where he was a Platoon Leader, instructing recruits.
