Steve Dickstein

Steve Dickstein serves as President of PLZ Corp since December 2019, leading a North American leader in personal care product innovation and manufacturing. Concurrently, Steve holds the position of CEO at Liquid Technologies, Inc., a contract manufacturer for global beauty brands. Previously, Steve founded and served as CEO of Middle Market Solutions LLC, specializing in personal care consultancy. Notable achievements include transforming the COSMETIC DESIGN GROUP during tenure as CEO and enhancing Hugo Naturals' growth as well as margin. Steve's extensive experience spans roles in marketing and operational leadership at companies such as Freeman Beauty Labs, Ready Pack Foods, Masterfoods/Mars Inc., and Clorox Company. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York, Binghamton.
