Dr. Kai Stoltmann

Dr. Kai Stoltmann has a diverse work experience. Dr. Kai currently works as the Team Lead Recruiting in the People & Culture department at P&M Agentur Software + Consulting since January 2023. Prior to this, they had a role as a People & Culture professional at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining P&M Agentur, Dr. Stoltmann worked as a Psychosocial Counselor at zebra-Zentrum für Betroffene rechter Angriffe e.V. for five years, from January 2016 to October 2021. At zebra, they provided support and assistance to individuals affected by racist, antisemitic, and other right-wing attacks in Schleswig-Holstein.

Additionally, Dr. Stoltmann served as a Board Member at the Verband der Beratungsstellen für Betroffene rechter Gewalt (VBRG) from February 2018 to January 2021. The VBRG aims to provide nationwide access to professional and independent counseling and support services for victims of right-wing violence. The organization currently consists of 14 independent counseling centers across 12 federal states in Germany.

Dr. Kai Stoltmann pursued their education in a chronological order, with their most recent educational experience occurring from 2020 to 2021. During this time, they attended the IWW - Institut für Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Forschung und Weiterbildung and earned a degree in Betriebswirt (IWW). Prior to this, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued a promotion degree in Germanistik at Kiel University. Preceding that, from 2010 to 2013, Dr. Stoltmann attended Kiel University again and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Deutsch und Politikwissenschaft.
