Sebastian Lim

Sebastian Lim is currently the GM PTPM at PM Control Systems. Before that, they were with Hiab as a Master Trainer & Field Support Engineer from September 2018 to October 2019.

At Hiab, Sebastian was responsible for developing training plans and rolling out training for the SEA region. Sebastian also worked closely with the APAC Product Support Manager and Technical Support Specialists to develop short term and long term training plans in the APAC region. Sebastian also delivered training to distributors as well as selected end-users and installation partners.

Sebastian has a wealth of experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System (LMS), authoring tools for eLearning such as Adobe Captivate & Articulate Storyline.

Sebastian Lim has an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), a Diploma in Information Technology 1st intake (DipIT1) from Kaplan Singapore (APMI Kaplan), and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. Sebastian also has a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from Merlimau Primary School. In addition, they have a Certification from Quantic School of Business and Technology in CUSTOMER DELIVERY, FINANCE: TIME VALUE OF MONEY, LATITUDELEARNING CERTIFIED TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR, and MARKETING FUNDAMENTALS.
