Ginny Dougherty

Regional Manager - Brownfield And Economic Incentives at PM Environmental

Ginny Dougherty has extensive experience in urban development and historic preservation. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Brownfield and Economic Incentives at PM Environmental since May 2015, Ginny also holds positions as a Project Consultant and Architectural Consultant within the same organization. Prior to this role, Ginny was the Executive Director of the Oxford Downtown Development Authority, where responsibilities included managing downtown businesses, promoting preservation principles, and coordinating special events. Additional experience includes serving as a Historic Preservation and Planning Assistant for the City of Monroe, MI, and working as a Graduate Assistant at Eastern Michigan University. Ginny earned a Master of Science in Historic Preservation Planning from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
