Gail Scrivener

Gail Scrivener has over 20 years of hospitality experience, with a strong background in sales and marketing. Gail has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PM Hotel Group, where they oversee sales and marketing strategies. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Sales at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel, where they focused on building a customer-focused culture. Gail also worked as an Assistant Director of Sales at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where they assisted in managing sales activities and events. Gail has extensive experience in catering, having served as the Director of Catering Sales at the Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel, and previously as the Director of Catering at Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Throughout their career, Gail has demonstrated strong business planning, development, and relationship management skills.

Gail Scrivener has a diverse education history. In 1979-1981, they attended Kelsterton Culinary School and obtained a City & Guilds of London Institute Culinary Arts degree in the Hotels/Hospitality Industry. In 2015, they completed a course in Hotel Revenue Management at eCornell.

In 2020, Gail pursued various certificate programs. At Rutgers University, they completed certificates in Healthcare Organization Operations Specialization, Supply Chain Management Specialization, and Global Procurement and Sourcing. Gail also earned a certificate in Global Procurement and Sourcing from Macquarie University. Additionally, they completed certificates in Excel Skills For Business: Intermediate 1 and Excel Skills For Business: Essentials from Macquarie University.
