Staci Miles

Staci Miles has extensive experience in hotel management, currently serving as the General Manager at Hampton Inn Potomac Mill-Woodbridge with PM Hotel Group since June 2014. Staci's responsibilities include overseeing hotel operations, budgeting, strategic planning, guest satisfaction, and team development. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Embassy Suites Dulles - North/Loudoun, where Staci ensured quality service across all departments, as well as various interim general manager positions at different Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn properties. Staci also held managerial roles at Davidson Hotels & Resorts and TPG Hotels and Resorts, focusing on front office operations and guest service. Staci holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
