Hazel joined PM-Partners in 2015 bringing with her more than a decade of experience working across multiple HR disciplines, including in senior positions for the UK’s largest retailer, the John Lewis Partnership. Her primary role is to ensure PM-Partners maintains a team of talented, capable and culturally aligned people, with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving the organisation’s overall strategy.
A highly qualified practitioner with both a BA and Masters in Human Resource Management, Hazel takes a disciplined and flexible problem-solving approach to HR, effectively balancing the achievement of company goals with employee needs. She is passionate about enhancing the employee experience and adept at implementing people and culture process improvements for the benefit of all stakeholders.
