Amy Hermes

Amy Hermes, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Manager of Telemedicine Operations at PM Pediatric Care since September 2024. With a rich background in telehealth, Hermes held the positions of Director of Telehealth Operations and Director of School Telehealth at Children's Health from March 2022 to August 2024, and prior to that, was Vice President of Virtual Health at NextCare Urgent Care. Amy's experience also includes serving as Telehealth Director at Wise Health System, where Hermes developed comprehensive telehealth services across various settings. Additionally, Hermes has practiced as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner in multiple organizations, emphasizing obstetrical, gynecological, and postpartum care while launching a postpartum telehealth pilot. Educational credentials include an MSN in Executive Nurse Leadership from The University of Texas Medical Branch, training as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University.
